This unit will hold up to 180-200lb pig or you may do other kinds of meat in the "chamber". We have customers that do (but not limited to) lamb, pork loins, chicken, ribs and prime rib. The rent for this unit is $50/day.

This is our most recent unit and it rents for $75/day. The chamber at the end has trays at adjustable levels where a variety of meats can be smoked. The "drum" part of the unit is capable of holding a 180-200lb pig for roasting.The "drum" part of the unit does not receive any smoke from the firebox.

This unit holds approximately 104 halves of chicken but can be used for ribs as well. It is fuel by charcoal only and also rents for $75/day.

This unit can steam approximately 700 clams in one filling and also rents for $75/day.
